For me photography is an enjoyable hobby which keeps me sane when the world around me is going mad. I particularly enjoy landscape and seascape photography, still life, and street photography, but will have a go at most subjects if the opportunity arises. I enjoy the process of being outdoors making images, not so much sitting at a computer processing them. For me it is the final image that counts, and whether I as the photographer am satisfied with it, not the equipment that has been used to produce it. After all, it is the photographer behind the lens that sees the image and chooses how to present it, not the camera which is just a tool.
